Keep in mind that the security answers are case sensitive and they must be entered exactly the way you entered them when you registered. If you enter them incorrectly several times, you may get a whoops something went wrong response. In this situation, please clear your browser cache or use another browser. That should resolve the error message.

However, if you have forgotten your security answers, please refer to the welcome email we sent you when you signed up. It has all your security answers as you originally entered them.
